For the heck of it, I'm going to give OotV a try, albeit with 40/40 Blood (I lack 20% enchant/20% Blood at this moment).
Initial sketch:
Blood 10 +1, Soul Reaping 11 +1+1, Restoration 10
1. Order of the Vampire
2. Foul Feast
3. Spirit Transfer
4. Mend Body and Soul
5. Ghostmirror Light
6. Life
7. Protective Was Kaolai
8. Flesh of My Flesh
Thoughts?
Regards,
Ruemere

Initial sketch(edited by Minion):
Blood 12 +1+3, Soul Reaping 8+1, Restoration 11 (I think it will pan out like this, if not Resto 10.)
1. Order of the Vampire
2. Foul Feast
3. Spirit Transfer (Strip Enchantment/Mark Of Fury (depends on area)
4. Mend Body and Soul
5. Spirit Light
6. Life
7. Signet of Lost Souls
8. Flesh of My Flesh
Thoughts?

My edits are highlighted. This is what I would run; but remember, it's what I'd run in a 2+ player party, h/h i've not tested it.
Edit againz:
I believe when I ran this hero we had 7 spears in the party, 3 or 4 had 25%-33% IAS which made OoV an incredibly powerful healing tool, and helped get through prots like Stoneflesh, etc.

Good changes. I'd also drop FF (heroes will go FF->MBAS ftl). If you have a spirit spammer, MBAS is just better and you wont be able to spam all your skills anyway.

Ah right, well why not just say that,
i r nab. Yeah, you can get rid of FF then, for whatever you want, really. Remember no other necro enchants. Sometimes also your MB might plant Death Nova on a physical or two and that can be annoying.

Dark Fury is excellent for an adrenaline-heavy team. I've been running a N/Mo with WoH, Dark Fury, Order of Pain, FF, Plague Sending and a few other skills that I can't remember off the top of my head with my imba and para heroes, to replace the old Racway D/N healer/support. I've started taking hex removal on her too too, as I've become thoroughly fed up of complete shutdown in the form of Vocal Minority and Soothing Images.
It won't work with your current build but you might want to give it a try as an alternative sometime.

I've used it in the past, and OoV is alot easier to maintain for the hero, and being just one spell, there won't be any confusion with the AI.
If the team's Save Yourself maintainer has 6 second SY, adren pumping shouldn't be necessary. Besides, mark of Fury does the job well enough.

Two 17% sac skills is very taxing on a hero. Worse yet is that the hero is supposed to be a healer. When under heavy pressure, its going to be the first to go. I recommend just using a Order of the Vampire hero with alot of rit heals. I find this to be more effective as there is only 1 sac skill, the rit heals are strong, and the the life gain helps ease the need for healing on the healer.
Convert hexes is awesome against Soothing Images and Vocal Minority. I use it on necroes when in areas such as NF desolation where such skills are common.
